When you buy a bag: your name, delivery address, phone number and email — collected so the bag actually reaches you, and so we can reach you if anything needs a human conversation.
When you write to the Bureau: whatever you tell us — name, email, phone if you offer it, and your message. When you join the first-look list: your email, and only your email.
To ship your bag, answer your enquiry, honour the lifetime guarantee and keep a record of what we sold you and when. That is the entire list. We don't collect data for its own sake, and we don't collect more than the task needs.
Your details are not merchandise. We have never sold, rented, traded or shared your personal information with advertisers, data brokers or anyone whose business model begins with the word 'engagement'. There is nothing to sell it to.
We take payment through Stripe Checkout. Your card number never touches our servers — Stripe handles the entire payment and we never see the digits. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that step of the journey.
Every message you send the Bureau is read by a person, kept only as long as it serves you, and deleted whenever you ask. Unsubscribe from the first-look list with a single word — or ask us to do it — and it's done, no confirmation maze.
We keep this site deliberately light. Your shopping bag lives in your own browser, not in a profile about you. The only cookie we set is a functional one for our internal manager — nothing tracks you across the internet, and we place no advertising cookies at all.
The only parties who ever see your details are Stripe (to take payment), the courier (to deliver your bag) and the authorities, where the law compels it. That is the complete list, and we keep each of them to the minimum they need.
We keep your information only as long as the law and the guarantee require — the lifetime authenticity promise means a record of your purchase stays, so we can honour it decades from now. Everything else goes when its purpose does.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — within what the guarantee and the law allow. Write to the Bureau and a person, not a form, will answer.
