What it costs.
Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order — fully insured, signature required. You pay for the bag, not the courier.
How fast.
Once payment clears, we ship within two business days. After that, the courier sets the pace — usually a few days, occasionally more across customs. We chase it, and if anything stalls, we tell you before you have to ask.
Customs and duties.
The price you pay covers the bag and everything behind it — inspection, provenance, guarantee. Taxes or duties your own country charges on arrival are yours, and we flag that before payment so nothing surprises you at the door.
How it travels.
Every bag leaves us the way it arrived: its original dust bag, wrapped and boxed properly, insured door to door, and signed for by you at the other end. No exceptions — a signature protects both of us.
If the courier fails.
A bag is covered for its full value from our hands to yours. If it is lost or damaged in transit, the courier's insurance answers for it and we refund every cent — the lifetime guarantee has not expired, it has simply already done its work.
